Now we're taking our experience into a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen that combines all that we know about grilling for a hands-on, up close culinary teaching experience.

We've developed a wide range of classes that emphasize our passion for outdoor cooking; flavorful dishes, menu planning from cocktails to desserts, entertaining tips and a variety of timesaving techniques and tools. Plus you'll have the opportunity to enjoy everything prepared in front of you. Our classes will adapt with the seasons and will also include a selection of regional cuisines to inspire your imagination.

Barbeques Galore has teamed up with Richard Schmitt, a highly experienced chef who has worked in well renowned restaurants throughout the country, to teach you how to marinade, rub, skewer, smoke, rotisserie and grill like a pro.

Richard will take the mystery out of complicated cooking and show you how to simply prepare, cook and plate a meal, appetizer or complete dinner party for any occasion. From beginning to end, every element can be cooked outdoors, providing a spectacular culinary and social experience for your family and guests.
