About Our Classes

At the Barbeques Galore Outdoor Cooking School, you'll learn that anything you can cook in your kitchen, you can cook outdoors. Our classes focus on diverse menus and interesting recipes made from the finest ingredients. Each class is an interactive experience with a lively, demonstration-style presentation by our resident chef-instructor Richard.

Richard will show you how to use outdoor cooking techniques such as grilling, searing, smoking, rotisserie-style and more. She demonstrates these techniques in a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen that's been brought indoors for convenience and comfort.
